Fiji Tribe makes a winning start

The Fiji Tribe is on track to retain the AFL Oceania Cup after winning its two matches at Albert Park yesterday.

The side defeated Vanuatu 48-15 and then beat Pacific All Stars by 37-20.

The AFL Fiji coordinator Matelita Tuilevuka says having this tournament will enable outside clubs to scout new talents to play in Australia next year.

To have the selectors select the best players to go and play in Australia next year.

In the matches today, Fiji Tribe plays Nauru at 1pm at Albert Park in Suva.
