The Fiji Airways mens 7s side has arrived into Cape Town and will have their first session later tonight in South Africa.

The Gareth-Baber coached side has put behind its cup quarter-final exit in Dubai and set its focus on the tournament ahead.

Baber is expected to make changes to his final 12-men squad for the Cape Town 7s this weekend.

Fiji is pooled with England, France and Kenya.

They play France in the first match at 9.59pm on Saturday, then face Kenya at 1.20am on Sunday before playing England in its final pool match 5.03am.

The Cup quarter-final begins at 11.04pm on Sunday, semi-final will be held at 3.56am on Monday and the final is secluded for 6.44am.
