Fiji Residents to bounce back from loss

The Fiji Residents rugby league side will be looking to bounce back from its 44-26 loss to New South Wales Country side in the return match tomorrow.

The home side was well beaten by Country on Monday at Bidesi Park.

Fiji Residents coach, Joe Rabele says the two-match tour by the New South Wales side is part of the development process and build-up towards the Rugby League World Cup in 2017.

The New South Wales Country side features two Fijian players; former Fiji Bati rep Peni Botiki as well as Jokatama Dokonivalu.

The Fiji Residents will take on New South Wales Country in the second and final match tomorrow at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka at 3pm.
