Fiji Football Association Vice-President, Tarunesh Reddy praised coach, Frank Farina for bringing in a new game pattern, which the players are slowly adapting to.

“The difference is that we have tried our new formation; the 4-3-3 formation and it worked out. The best part is that he (Farina) has confidence in all the players; some of the changes he made with the Under-20 and Under -23 players really made a difference. I can assure you that come our next game, its going to be a different team that will play.”

Fiji will take on Vanuatu in the second and final match of its friendly international tour on Tuesday at 5pm at the same venue.

New Zealand-based Roy Krishna will join the side for the match and take up the co-captain’s role alongside Alvin Singh.
