Fiji look to increase gap at the top of points table

December 10, 2015 5:38 pm

The Vodafone Fiji 7’s side knows that winning the Cape Town 7’s this weekend will put them in the driver’s seat for this year’s World Sevens Series title.

Fiji has a three point gap on the top of the points table after the win in Dubai last weekend and a win in the second tournament will increase this lead.

The Ben Ryan coached side will gain more confidence if this happens heading into the next leg next year but the other teams are aware that if Fiji wins in Cape Town, it will be very hard catching up on the Fijians.
