The excitement is building for the Fiji International Golf tournament with less than three weeks before the start of the tournament.
The organizers are excited to host the 120 golfers from around the world.
Tournament organizer, Matthew Porm, says everything is taking its shape to host the biggest golf tournament in the South Pacific.
“As you know the Fiji International is supported by the Fiji government and it is the big step forward for not only golf in the region but also infrastructure and tourism and we are not only bringing a golf tournament but we are bringing the biggest event ever in Fiji and we are really excited about that.”
Former world number one and Zimbabwean golfer Nick Price and Indian Anirban Lahiri have also confirmed to be part of the tournament.
The tournament will be played from August 14-17 at Natadola Bay Championship Golf Course in Sigatoka.
