The Vodafone Flying Fijians are gearing up for a tough outing against Japan in the Pacific Nations Cup this week.
National coach, John McKee says the Cherry Blossoms play a fast-paced game with quick rucks and ball movement and his side will need to be sharp to counter their opponents.
McKee says he will make changes to his starting line-up which drew 30-all against Samoa over the weekend to give other players a chance to stake a claim for a Rugby World Cup spot.

All players have come through unscathed after their bruising encounter against Samoa following a medical and fitness check-up today.
The Flying Fijians will take on Japan at 10am on Thursday in Toronto, Canada.
