“Those coaches that have attended the senior coaching licence course in the West, North and South they will be eligible to be on the bench for any team because we offered three positions for all the teams.”

This is the minimum qualification requirement for any to coach to sit on the bench and a refresher course is required after every four years.

In-order to sit for B licence coaching certificate the coaches need to go through the senior certificate plus the Oceania Football Confederation’s C licence course.

Yusuf adds the district affected could be Nadroga and Suva whose coaches do not have any latest qualification to mentor the teams.

Meanwhile, the Vodafone Fiji Football side takes on Singapore in its final international friendly match at 11.30 tonight.
