Fiji Table Tennis players Vincent Wu and Grace Yee have qualified for the World Cadet Challenge which will be held in Barbadoes in October.
Both players were impressive in the Oceania Cadet qualification held in Cook Islands.
The duo will be joined by players from Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia.
Fiji Table Tennis president Anthony Ho says the players performed well against tough opponents.
“Well I believe with the preparation they have been and the competition we had in Suva before the team left. I think our players are much better prepared with the availability of the full time coach the players had put in extra hours of training and I think the results are showing for itself.”
He adds the duo will give their best in the Global Junior Circuit competition starting from today.
