The Fiji Airways Drua side will feature in the National Rugby Championship final for the first time.

This is after the Fijian side came from behind to beat Canberra Vikings 35-28 in the semifinal at Lautoka’s Churchill Park yesterday.

The win has enabled the Drua to secure a home final.

Both teams ran in five tries but the Drua made four successful conversions.

The Senirusi Seruvakula-coached side was down 23-7 early in the second spell and suddenly erupted to score four tires to steal the win from the visitors.

Fiji’s tries came from halfback Frank Lomani, Eroni Mawi, Eremasi Radrodro, Aporosa Tabulawaki and Enele Malele.

Meanwhile, Queensland Country will meet Drua in the final next Saturday at Lautoka’s Churchill Park.
