The Fiji Airways Barbarians defeated China 35-15 in its last pool match at the Silicon Valley 7s in USA.

Fiji had to struggle as the opponents led 10-7 at the break.

They will have to now wait for other results to see if they have qualified to the quarter-finals of the Cup competition.

Earlier in the day, Fiji had lost to Australia 29-nil while the match against Japan ended in a 26-all draw.
