The Fiji National Rugby League is likely to host a test match between Fiji Bati and Tonga in October this year.

This after the Tonga Rugby League has shown their interest in playing the Bati’s.
FNRL Chief Executive, Timoci Naleba, says they will need the support when it comes to events such as this.

_“We have a proposed match in October with the Tongan Rugby League team and they have written in themselves an invite to come and play in Fiji, and the game to be hosted here so it’s really an exciting proposal and am sure that it will be considered and that Fiji Sports Commission, is willing to support because it’s an international game."

FNRL will confirm the match after the June test against Papua New Guinea next month.
