Fiji awaits Blitzbokke backlash

The Vodafone Fiji 7s side will take on South Africa in a Cup semi-final for the second week in a row at the Tokyo 7s.

The two sides met in the same stage in the Hong Kong 7s last week, with Fiji coming out on top, 21-15.

Fiji defeated hosts Japan in the quarterfinals 41-5 while South Africa hammered Scotland 22-0.

Fiji will take on South Africa at 6:22pm.

Canada caused a huge upset by beating New Zealand 19-15 in the third quarterfinal.

Canada will meet England in the second semi-final at 6:44pm after the Poms defeated France 10-0.

The Cup final will begin at 9pm.
