Fiji Airways brand ambassador and national football captain Roy Krishna

Fiji Airways says it is proud of its brand ambassador and national football captain Roy Krishna.

Krishna won the Johnny Warren medal in Australia last night.

Krishna also won the Golden Boot after netting 18 times this season.

The airline says it is proud of the achievements of Krishna, who is not just a great footballer, but a wonderful role model for young Fijians everywhere.

It says they join everyone in Roy’s hometown of Labasa and across the country in congratulating him for being the best player in a competition full of talented footballers from Australia, New Zealand, Europe and South America.
