Fiji 7s team needs to finish third in Paris to win the series title

The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team needs to either win all or two games in its pool games and progress to the Cup quarterfinal and try to finish third in Paris this weekend in order to win the 2017/2018 World Sevens Series title.

Fiji is currently leading the points table with 167 points and a third-place finish will give them 17 points and will take their total points to 184.

Fiji 7s team is pooled with New Zealand, Kenya and Samoa in the Paris tournament.

They will play Samoa in its first pool match at 8.50pm on Saturday and then faces Kenya at 11.46pm.Fiji plays its final pool match against New Zealand at 5.14am on Sunday.

The cup quarterfinal kicks off at 8.13pm, semi-finals will be at 12.03am next Monday and the final is scheduled for 4.54am.
