The players in the Vodafone Fiji 7s team are hungry for victory this weekend at the Cape Town tournament this weekend.

Coach Nacanieli Cawanibuka says the loss in the final of the Dubai 7s has ignited a certain level of inspiration in the team.

_"The players are in high spirits. There is a hunger amongst them obviously with the excitement of the Cape Town 7s building up and they are just eager to go out there to do the job on Saturday and Sunday."-

Fiji kicks off its Cape Town campaign against Japan at 11.05pm on Saturday.

They then take on Kenya at 2.06am on Sunday before playing France in the last pool game at 6.12am.
