Vodafone Fiji sevens coach Ben Ryan says he has been working on trying to keep his players focused ahead of the Japan tournament this weekend.

Fiji won the Hong Kong 7s on Sunday beating New Zealand 33-19 in the final and Ryan doesn’t want a hangover from that win.

He adds the players have responded well to training and know of the task on hand as other teams will be out to get them.

Meanwhile in Tokyo this weekend, the side takes on Wales at 1pm on Saturday, Hong Kong at 4.18pm and England at 8.30pm.

The quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals will be played on Sunday.
