Vodafone Fiji 7s team expects a tough battle in the pool games of the Cape Town tournament this weekend.
Coach Nacanieli Cawanibuka says the players will go through a recovery session and restore the energies before taking the tournament in South Africa.
“We are in a tough pool with three world respected opponents in France, Kenya and Japan and even before we look at you know playing them in the tournament we will have to make sure that all our processes is right, how we recover and how we restore the energy level.”
The Fiji 7s side kicks off its Cape Town 7s campaign against Japan at 11.05pm on Saturday.
They then take on Kenya at 2.06am before playing France in the last pool game at 6.12am on Sunday.
