Fiji 7s beat Japan 33 nil

Fiji 7s captain Waisea Nacuqu led from the front as the side defeated Japan 33 nil in the Oceania Mens International 7s final.

Nacuqu scored two tries in the first half as Fiji led 12 nil at half time.

The side started the second spell with three unanswered tries to Sevuloni Mocenacagi, Simione Kuruvoli and Napolioni Ratu.

Fiji will now meet either  Australia in the Oceania 7s final at 7:50pm.

This is after Australia denied Samoa in the Oceania Men’s Olympic final earning them a ticket to the 2020 games in Japan.

Australia defeated Samoa 19-12.
