October 20, 2015 12:37 pm

A big day in the Fiji Football Association Calendar as FIFA today handed over properties worth USD$65,000 at their Vatuwaqa Headquarters today.

The facilities include a Futsal court, a kitchen, rooms for accommodation purposes, conference hall and a commercial shop.

Fiji FA Chief Executive Officer Bob Kumar says this will help the association to regulate more income for operations.

“FIFA is insisting that all the Federations should venture out into economic activities so that they are able to regulate enough revenue for operations. At the moment we are getting FIFA grant but FIFA is helping the Federations to increase the income generation project.”

Meanwhile, another handover will be held at the Ba headquarters tomorrow.
