The first round of the Vodafone FUTSAL Southern Zone league was played in Suva last night with the FFA Selection being the big winners.

The side, which includes potential national reps from the South, thumped Northpole 6-1.

Former Nasinu reps, Maciu Tuilau and Azmat Begg were part of the selection team.

In other results on the night, All Stars drew 5-all with Flagstaff, NTC beat 3R, 4-3 and Dhanji Boys beat Southern Forest 1-0.
