FASANOC has tasked sports federations to expose its athletes to a higher level of competition before going to the Youth Olympic Games.
Chief Executive Loraine Mar says this is to ensure that our athletes are to be competitive and aware of what to expect at the games.
“In Athletics I understand that the athlete will be traveling to New Zealand for some competition we had the badminton player also in New Zealand and in a training camp and table tennis the young player just returned from China.”
Three athletes will represent Fiji in three sports which are Athletics, Badminton and Table Tennis.
