The Fiji Football Association has appointed Frank Farina as the new coach of the Vodafone Fiji football side.

The former Australian rep is not new to Fiji football, having guided the national Under 20 side during the FIFA Under 20 World Cup in New Zealand earlier this year.

Farina will take over from current coach; Carlos Buzzetti when the latter’s term expires in November.

Buzzetti first took up the role in 2006 until 2009 and was re-appointed in 2011 until present.

Farina’s term as coach is for two years.
