Flying Fijians winger Watisoni Votu could soon be playing top level rugby in the northern hemisphere after news that he has widely impressed the Exeter Chiefs.
Word on espnscrum.com is that the Chiefs are closing in on the capture of Watisoni Votu ahead of next season.
Showing remarkable skill and talent during his outing with the Flying Fijians in the recent Pacific Nations Cup, the Ba native looks set to be the Chiefs’ last addition ahead of next term.
Exeter boss Rob Baxter has now admitted that he is on the verge of taking Votu to Sandy Park and is looking forward to working with the winger.
“We are pretty much done,” he told the Exeter Express and Echo.
