The Pacific Tri Nations Rugby League competition is expected to be a tough encounter between the three champion teams.

With the home crowd advantage, the Fiji Bati boys will also use the warm, dry condition as a factor to tackle the Kangaroos.

Bati rep Kane Evans says the weather should not be a factor to the overseas based players in the Fiji side.

“I think this weather is very hot, it’s hotter than what we’ve been playing in Australia, but we Fijians are used to this weather.”

The Pacific Tri Nations will be held on Saturday at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
