Fiji Bati prop Kane Evans has escaped sanction for an alleged racial slur last weekend.

This was after the New South Wales Rugby League withdrew charges stemming from an incident during a reserve grade game against the Warriors last week.

The Parramatta Eels Club will not make any further comment as the matter is now closed.
