Fiji was a changed side in the second half as they applied numerous pressure on the Estonia goal mouth but failed to meet the target.

Estonia had the last show of the game, Martin Miller scoring their second goal for the visitors in the added time.

Estonia coach, Martin Reim says, it was a good display of football by both the teams.

“For us players were little bit sleepy at first and there may be too many misunderstandings in the field but for us our key is to keep our goal clear and score few goals and we did it.”

Meanwhile, Fiji coach, Christophe Gamel says mistakes led them down against a better ranked side.

“We could have done better but the type of play during the match I’m happy because it’s not a small team but we need more consistency for the full game.”

Fiji football captain, Remueru Tekiate says the players gave their best shot in the game.

“I think playing against the professional the boys did their best and mistake cost us the game but that shouldn’t take away the passion we have for football.”

The side now turns its focus towards the Pacific Mini Games in Vanuatu in December.
