The England men’s and women’s 7s teams have been training together for the Sydney tournament.

Head Coach Simon Amor says there’s a lot of benefits, training together with the womens team.

“This is the first time I believe and program has had a full integration of men’s and women’s and is being great to experience. It really challenges everyone and there is a lot of different areas to work on.”

England men are pooled with South Africa, Spain and Papua New Guinea.
