England football manager dislocates right shoulder

England manager Gareth Southgate dislocated his right shoulder while running yesterday.

The players had a day off from training and Southgate suffered the injury near the squad’s World Cup base in Repino.

Southgate was treated at a nearby hospital with the assistance of team doctor Rob Chakraverty.

England plays Panama at 12am on next Monday.

Meanwhile, in the tomorrow, Denmark plays Australia at 12am, France takes on Peru 3am and Argentina faces Croatia at 6am.
