Eight players in the Vodafone Fiji 7s extended squad will feature in the Central Coast 7s in Australia this weekend.
Apisai Domolailai, Jerry Tuwai, Savenaca Rawaca, Viliame Mata and Eremasi Radrodro will play for Nadroga club Davetalevu.
Rugged forward Semi Kunatani, Anare Saurara and Jone Qorovarua will feature for local powerhouse club Yamacia.
Yamacia, Davetalevu, Red Rock and Nabua are the local clubs that will participate in the Central Coast 7s.
Meanwhile Vodafone Fiji 7s manager Paula Biu says the selection door is still open for the next leg of the IRB series in Dubai and South Africa.
“At the moment, we will work on the two squads of the last two tournaments. As we go on, there are a few tournaments coming up and Ben (Ryan) will decide whether to bring in some other players for us to assess before making the final cut of 12 players in November before departing for Dubai and Port Elizabeth.”
The Central Coast 7s will be held on Saturday and Sunday at the Wyong Rugby Leagues Club outside Sydney.
