Drua maintains its lead on NRC table

The Fiji Airways Drua side maintains its top place in the National Rugby Championship after its fourth win over New South Wales Country by 48-7 at ANZ Stadium in Suva yesterday.

The Drua extends its lead to 19 points on the table after five matches while Canberra Vikings sits second with 17 points.

The NRC title holders Queensland Country which has played one less game is in third place with 14 points while Masivesi Dakuwaqa’s Western Force is in fourth place.

Meanwhile, in the game last night the Vikings defeated Melbourne Rising by 31-21.

In the matches today, Brisbane City plays Queensland Country at 5pm and Western Force faces Sydney Rays at 7 tonight.
