The Fiji Airways Drua side has confidence in its players to produce a win against a well prepared Melbourne Risings in the National Rugby Championships opener this weekend.

Assistant Coach Brad Harris says their players who are Fijian internationals should bring an added advantage to the team.

“Majority of the Risings are playing super rugby from the Rebels and that’s the fantastic challenge for us but for us they playing for Flying Fijians and they’re used to playing in an international rugby and they’ve been playing provisional rugby here in Fiji.”

The Fiji Drua hosts Melbourne Rising at 3pm at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park tomorrow.
