The Dreketi football side is facing difficulties in getting all its players for the opening round of the Vodafone Premier League.
Coach Ronil Lal says, the officials are trying their best to rope in all the available players for the league matches in the weekend.
“Some of our players are not getting leave from work and we are facing a lot of challenges but we should do well. Our aim for the year is to improve our standing in the national league.”
Dreketi kicks off its season against Rewa in the Vodafone Premier League match, 5.30pm at Ratu Cakobou Park.
In the other match at the same venue and day, Labasa plays Suva at 7.30pm.
In Sunday’s double headers at Ratu Cakobou Park, Suva plays Dreketi at 1pm and Rewa hosts Labasa at 3pm.
