Districts file for player transfers

Districts have started filing in transfers for players in the current Fiji Football Association transfer window.

Former Nadroga striker Mohammed Taslim has been cleared to play for Lautoka this weekend while the Blues await the clearance of Suva defenders, Kolinio Sivoki and Dave Radrigai.

Lautoka have also applied for the release of Nadroga’s Gerrad Voi and Ravinesh Dass as well as Ba defender, Jone Vesikula.

Jale Dreloa had applied for a transfer to Rewa but will possibly stay back with the Whites while the capital city side has also requested for the clearance of New Zealand-based Altaf Saheb.

Suva’s Napolioni Qasevakatini has applied for a move to Nadi as the Jetsetters have also eyed New Zealand-based Mangare duo, Krishna Sami and stopper Ben Aminio Matainaqara.

The transfer window closes at the end of this month.

Meanwhile, the Pacific Cup qualifier match between Ba and Lautoka will be played at Govind Park this Saturday at 3pm and you can catch the live commentary of the match on Radio Fiji 2 with the voice of soccer, Raymond Stoddart.
