Defending champion wants to keep title

RKS Eels will not easily let go their U19 Fiji Secondary School Rugby League title when they meet unbeaten Nasinu Panthers on Thursday.

RKS Eels coach Penaia Qalituraga says even though they have only three days’ preparation to get ready, they’re hungry to keep the title.

“The weather is not in our side and they were most of the ball that what handling was not good because was of the slippery on the ball is very wet that’s what we gone do this in three days we are only focus on our defend and also the ball handling and we will try to solve the problem that we did on last Saturday, and we are ready and focus on the game this Thursday”.

RKS Eels defeated QVS Knights yesterday in the semi-final of the Secondary schools rugby league competition 15-8 and Nasinu Panthers defeated John Wesley Sea Eagles 8-4.
