Deans zonal competitions in its final stages

Qualified schools in this year’s Coke Zero Deans finals competition are in preparation mode as the Fiji Secondary School Zone competitions now into its final stages.

Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Union executive Biu Colati says preparations for the finals are well underway.

“This week all zones are playing their finals. Immediately after that they will submit the names of the teams that have made it through and once that is done next week they should put out the draws for the national quarter finals”

In the Southern Zone competition, John Wesley Collage secured their place in the under 18 finals after defeating Nasinu Secondary School last weekend while MBHS overpowered Suva Grammar School.

Marist will take on John Wesley at 2.30pm Saturday at the Suva Grammar School ground.

The national quarterfinals will be held on the 28th of this month.
