The Davetalevu rugby side will be among the front-runners for the Central Coast 7s title in Sydney, Australia this weekend.
The side from Nadroga defeated Wellington in the final last year and has retained the majority of the players from that group such as national sevens rep, Savenaca Rawaca, Jerry Tuwai, Apisai Domolailai with the inclusion of Jasa Veremalua and Waisea Nacuqu.
The side also includes Nadroga provincial players Eremasi Radrodro, Apete Daveta and Josefa Nahalo.
Daveta will take on Tiger Rugby in its opening match today.
Fijian teams that will also be competing in the two-day competition are Yamacia, Red Rock and Tabadamu.
Tabadamu has the services of former national reps Setefano Cakau, Sitiveni Waqa and Leo Naikasau while the Yamacia side includes national squad members Eminoni Nasilasila and Donasio Ratubuli.
