Dausoko learns from World event

Fijian long jumper, Waisale Dausoko says he will come out a better athlete having competed in the World Athletics Championships in China.

The Natabua High School student finished last in the long jump preliminaries with a mark of 6.89 meters, more than 1.5 meters behind eventual champion, Greg Rutherford.

Dausoko says he will need to train harder and work on his skills and techniques to match his counter-parts from around the globe.

Pacific sprint king, Banuve Tabakaucoro also competed in the competition, bowing out in the second round of the 100 meters event.
