Cuvu College has booked its place in the Under 18 Powerade Super Deans competition next Saturday.

This was after they beat Marist Brothers High School 12-10 in the first semi-finals this afternoon at Suva’s ANZ Stadium.

Nacani Boginisoko put them into lead scoring their first try and Marist’s fly-half Rusiate Baleitamavua then replied to equal their score margin 5-all at half-time.

Baleitamavua scored a double in the second half to extend their lead 10-5.

Jokini Drenimolea then scored the final try of the match with a successful conversion to secure their victory.

Meanwhile, RKS will play Ratu Navula College in the second semis at 4.30pm.

The final will be held next Saturday at Suva’s ANZ Stadium.
