It is expected to be an exciting atmosphere when Indian cricket team takes on the Blacks Caps in its first ODI match in Napier, New Zealand today.

Indian fans were out in numbers to support their team during yesterday’s training run and where particularly looking forward to seeing only one player.

Indian captain Virat Kohli played a vital role as they defeated Australia in the test and one day internationals recently.

Kohli says being the captain and the batsman of the team is something special.

“I think being a batsman and captain of the side helps in that regard because you can sort of premeditate at times what the batsman might what to do because you can put yourself in that situation and I think that’s the massive factor.”
