The Queensland Country side has strengthened its squad as they prepare to face Fiji Airways Drua side in the National Rugby Championship semifinal on Sunday.

Country coached has roped in Duncan Paia’aua, who returns to NRC semifinal, fresh off from Wallabies win over the Barbarians last weekend.

Paia’aua says, the semifinal means a lot to them and they are looking forward to qualifying to the final.

“Obviously it’s good to be back with the Queensland Country team. I have had a good two weeks and now I’m ready for the finals.”

The Country-Drua match will be played at 4pm on Sunday. {Fiji Time}

In the first semi-final Canberra Vikings take on Perth Spirit at 8pm on Saturday.
