Competition stiff for Fiji International

October 13, 2015 12:50 am

The Fiji International golf tournament at Natadola Bay Championship Course in Sigatoka is just around the corner and will field some of the best players from around the globe.

Headed by Fiji’s very own, Vijay Singh and World Number 16, Matt Kuchar of the USA, the roster includes other seasoned professionals such as Peter Fowler, David Smail and Nathan Green.

Defending champion of the inaugural tournament last year, Steve Jeffress will return to defend the title while PGA Tour of Australasia regulars, Ryan Fox of New Zealand and Nick Cullen of Australia will be among the 154 players competing this week.

The Fiji International tees off on Thursday and will complete on Sunday.

Tickets for the Fiji International are selling at $20 each with children under 16 years of age will be allowed in for free.
