Athletics Fiji is yet to name its coaches for the Mini South Pacific Games for next year.

President Albert Miller says they have received three applications for different coaching roles.

“It’s important that we select the best officials and coaches. We also have to select people who have the management skills as well. I have identified possible candidates for athletics for Mini games next year.”

It’s believed former sprinter Jone Delai and Gabrieli Qoro have applied for
these posts.

The Mini SPG will be hosted by Wallis and Futuna next year.
