Bowls Fiji is expecting close to eighty bowlers to be part of the Banana Cup tournament which will be held in Suva this weekend.

Suva Bowling Club manager, Diwan Chand, says the bowlers have been preparing well in both the women’s and men’s pairs discipline.

“The competition will be pretty tough as most of the national reps will be preparing in this competition but there could be some upsets as well and we hope that the weather will be fine and all should have a good time at Suva Bowling club.”

The competition will be held on Saturday at the Suva Bowling Club.
