Close to sixty bodybuilders from other Pacific Islands are expected to participate in the South Pacific Bodybuilding Championship in two months’ time.

Fiji Bodybuilding Federation President Vilash Chand says bringing the games to our home ground was a success and this should be encouraging to our young athletes.

“We are trying to encourage our athletes basically in Fiji and the Pacific island countries to participate in this competition because this is not the end of their career path for the athlete they can finish from here and can go to the world’s stage.”
