Clermont works to qualify for semis

Defending champions Clermont have a lot of work to do if they are to qualify to the semi-finals of this year’s French T14 rugby competition.

Alifereti Raka’s team lie on 10th spot on the ladder with 18 points, 10 points outside the top four.

Lyon leads the standings with 33 points with Nemani Nadolo’s Montpellier second with 32 points.

La Rochelle lies on third spot with 30 points while Toulouse is third with 28 points.

Match of round ten sees Toulon host Racing 92 at 4.50am on the 20th of this month.
