It’s time to clean up the accounts at the Fiji National Rugby League headquarters.

With 16 months to get Fiji Bati ready for the World Cup, there’s a mound of paperwork to go through.

FNRL chairman, Peni Musunamasi says two administrators have been asked to take leave while the FNRL board gets its audits up to date.

“We’ve respected what our administrators have put in for FNRL but things have to be put in and decisions made by the board and at the moment it is with our lawyers.”

The reason for their dismissal is now in the hands of the legal department as interim administration officer, Tom Finau tries to account for 20 years of lost paperwork.

“We just want to focus on one thing at a time. AT this stage we want ot figure out where things are at this time but at the same time not to lose focus of the events we currently have going on.”

The Rugby World Cup will be held in England in 2013.
