Chow Games shifted to Ba

November 6, 2014 5:35 pm

The 2014 Western Chow Games has been shifted from its usual venue at Churchill Park in Lautoka to Govind Park in Ba.

Competition organizer Tirani Uluinakauvadra says they have decided to move the games to the soccer-mad town for two reasons.

“We have moved to Govind Park due to the unavailability of Churchill Park as renovations are currently underway. The Ba athletics association has also requested during the annual general meeting to move the games to Ba as this is the first time we will have athletics meet in Govind Park so we all agreed.”
