Cawanibuka learns alot from the first leg

Vodafone Fiji 7s interim coach Nacanieli Cawanibuka says he has learnt a lot from the first leg of the World Sevens Series.

Cawanibuka’s first outing as coach of the national team was in Dubai where Fiji played the final of the tournament.

Naca who is also the fitness trainer for the team believes it’s a challenging task being at the bench guiding the World Champions.

“It was very good experience and obviously a very challenging environment for the team and also for the management team. It was good challenge out there you know it was start of another journey for the new series and there is a lot of learning we can take out of it and we have a week now just to reflect before we start get back to work for next year.”

Fiji 7s is pooled with South Africa, Australia and Japan in the Wellington 7s.
