The undefeated Cakaudrove Under-14 rugby side is gunning to finish on top of its respective pool in the Vodafone Kaji Rugby tournament which currently underway at the ANZ Stadium.
The Northerners earlier defeated Lautoka 3-0 and beat Ra 7-0 and then won against Nadroga 10-5 this morning.
Assistant Coach Ilisoni Rokoua says they are now looking forward to their last game against Suva this afternoon and hoping for a good outcome.
“The boys performance are up-to-par since our last physical performance back in the North was not really that good but we managed to pull through here the Fiji Nationals and we’re working on our weaknesses before we meet Suva.”
Cakaudrove takes on Suva at 3pm today.
Meanwhile, looking at other under-14 results, Suva Blues beat Nasinu 10-0 and Macuata defeated Ovalau 12-0 while Ra held Suva 5-all.
